摘 要:利用万能试验机、硬度仪和光学显微镜,结合盐浴等温工艺对不同微合金化处理后高碳77B盘条的强化机理进行了研究。结果表明,钒和铬微合金化可以细化珠光体团,减小珠光体片层间距;但钒氮微合金化会使珠光体团边界模糊,渗碳体片形状扭曲,可能恶化材料的塑韧性。等温盐浴后的定量评估得出了V、N、Cr微合金77B钢的强度增量公式。The strengthening mechanism of high carbon 77B wire rods after different microalloying treatments was studied by using universal testing machine, hardness tester and optical microscope, combined with salt bath isothermal process. The results show that the microalloying of V and Cr can refine the pearlitic group and reduce the lamellar of the pearlite. However, the microalloying of vanadium and nitrogen will blur the boundary of pearlite and distort the shape of carburized tablets, which may deteriorate the plasticity of materials. The strength increment formulas of V, N and Cr microalloy 77B steel are obtained by quantitative evaluation after isothermal salt bath.
