摘 要:在Gleeble3500热模拟试验机上对600 MPa级钢筋的连续冷却转变和相变规律进行了研究,并绘制了CCT曲线。在此基础上,采用3种不同轧制工艺制备了准12 mm钢筋。结果表明,当冷却速度在5℃/s以下时,钢筋的组织为铁素体和珠光体;当冷却速度为5℃/s时,钢筋组织为铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体;当冷却速度在10~20℃/s时,钢筋组织为铁素体、贝氏体和马氏体;当冷却速度为30℃/s时,钢筋组织为马氏体和贝氏体;随着冷却速度的增加,试验钢筋的显微硬度逐渐增大,钢筋的显微硬度从冷却速度为1℃/s时的222 HV增加至30℃/s时的513 HV;空冷和弱水冷方式钢筋的室温拉伸性能均满足GB/T 1499.2-2013标准对600 MPa级高强钢筋的力学性能要求。The continuous cooling transformation and phase transformation law of 600 MPa grade steel bar were studied on the Gleeble3500 thermal simulator, and the CCT curve was plotted. On this basis, 3 kinds of different rolling processes were used to prepare with a diameter of 12 mm steel bars. The results show that the steel structure is ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate is below 5 ℃/s. When the cooling rate is 5 ℃/s, the steel structure is ferrite, pearlite and bainite. When the cooling rate is with the range from 10 ℃/s to 20 ℃/s, the steel structure is ferdte, bainite and martensite. When the cooling rate is 30 ℃/s, the microstructure of the steel is martensite and bainite. With the increase of cooling rate, the microhardness of the steel bars increases gradually. The microhardness of the steel increases from 222 HV with the cooling rate of 1 ℃/s to 513 I-IV with 30 ℃/s. The tensile properties of the air-cooled and water-cooled steel bars at room temperature meet the mechanical properties of the 600 MPa grade high strength steel bars in GB/T 1499.2-2013 standard.
