摘 要:以生产中常用的碱性酚醛树脂砂、自硬呋喃树脂砂、冷芯盒砂及热芯盒砂为研究对象,对这些型(芯)树脂砂在不同温湿度存放环境下的发气性影响进行实验研究。结果表明,高温高湿(35℃90RH%)的环境条件对树脂砂芯存放影响较大,在这种环境条件下较长时间存放的有机粘结剂型(芯)砂的发气量和发气速度较大,制备的碱性酚醛树脂砂存放4天的发气性数值最大,而制备的冷芯盒、热芯盒及自硬呋喃树脂砂等3种型(芯)砂在高温高湿环境条件下存放24 h的发气量较大。Based on the basic alkaline phenolic resin sand, self-hard furan resin sand, cold core box sand and hot core box sand used in production, the influence of gas generation of these kinds of molding (core) resin sand in different temperature and humidity storage environment was studied experimentally. The results show that the high temperature and high humidity (35 ℃ 90RH%) had a greater influence on the environmental conditions on the resin sand core storage, under such environmental conditions, the gas volume and gas velocity of organic binder type (core) sand stored for a long time are large. The prepared alkaline phenolic resin sand has the highest gas generation value in 4 days. The three types of sand (core), such as cold core box, hot core box and self-hard furan resin sand, the amount Of gas released for 24 hours is large in high temperature and humidity environment.
