摘  要:枣庄市徐楼村出土两对镶嵌红铜纹饰的青铜盘和匜,红铜纹饰与青铜器体壁厚相等,个别纹饰外壁有青铜皮覆盖层现象。对盘和匜进行了X光影像、成分和组织分析。结果表明,这两对盘和匜铸造未使用垫片,红铜纹饰含铜量高达99%以上,青铜器体含锡量约10%,含铅量约为30%左右。红铜纹饰为铸造退火组织,青铜器体为铸造组织。由此推断,这两对红铜纹饰镶嵌盘和匜为透镶制作而成,成型工艺为:首先铸造红铜纹饰,将纹饰固定于器物铸造的内芯与外范之间,控制好器物浇铸型腔,然后浇铸青铜液制作器体,实现红铜纹饰与青铜器体镶铸结合。Two pairs of Pan and Yi of copper inlaid bronze had been unearthed from Xulou Village in Zaozhuang. The copper ornamentation was as thick as vessel body. Several copper ornamentations were covered with a layer of bronze surface, X-ray images, chemical composition and microstructure of Pan and Yi were analyzed. The results show that both the Pan and Yi casting do not use gaskets, red copper ornamentation contains over 99% copper content. Bronze contains about 10% tin and about 300,6 lead. The red copper ornamentation is annealing structure, and the bronze matrix is as-cast struck. It can be concluded that the two pairs of Pan and Yi of copper inlaid bronze are manufactured by penetrable inlaid castitlg technique. The preparing processes are, first of all, red copper ornamentation is casted, the ornamentations are fixed between the inner core and outer mold of the casting, and controlling the ornamentation and pouring the molten pure copper, and then pouring the molten bronze, the combination of red copper ornamentation and bronze casting will be realized.
