摘 要:通过对铸造铝合金气孔内部特征进行分析,研究铸造铝合金内部Al-Fe-Si相对气孔形成的影响机理,探讨了铸造铝合金的气孔缺陷产生的原因,并提出相应的预防措施。结果表明,铸造铝合金气孔形成的主要原因是合金组织内Al-Fe-Si相的富集。通过预备工作、控制熔炼速度、防潮、精炼除气等措施,可以预防气孔的产生。Through the analysis of the internal characteristics of the pores of casting aluminum alloy, the influence mechanism of the formation of the relative pores of Al-Fe-Si phase in cast aluminum alloy was studied. Meanwhile, the causes of the defects of the pores of cast aluminum alloy were discussed, and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward. The results show that the main reason for forming pores of cast aluminum alloy is the enrichment of Al-Fe-Si phase in the alloy mierostructure. Through preparation work, control smelting speed, moisture-proof, refining and other measures, the generation of pores can be prevented.
