新型实型铸造转移涂料的转移方案研究

摘  要:采用自制实型铸造转移涂料配方进行转移过渡涂层的论证试验,并分别以呋喃树脂、碱酚醛树脂、水玻璃和树脂砂修补膏,作为过渡涂料进行了转移试验研究。实验结果表明,以树脂砂修补膏为过渡涂层的覆盖性能最好,且采用碱酚醛树脂自硬砂造型和水玻璃自硬砂造型时,都可以采用树脂砂修补膏作为过渡层,可较好实现涂料转移,并节约经济成本。The demonstration experiment of transfer transition coating was carried out with the formula of self-made casting transfer coating, the transfer experiments of furan resin, alkali phenol resin, water glass and resin sand repair paste were studied. The results show that the resin sand repair paste is the best covering property. When using alkali phenolic resin from the hard sand molding and water glass from the hard sand modeling, can use resin sand repair paste as the transition layer, can achieve better paint transfer, and save economic costs.
