摘  要:针对当前汽车零部件使用合金种类繁多,零件的性能影响因素较多,如高碳当量制动鼓的力学性能受熔炼时限显著影响,自主设计了合金智能系统。该智能系统能够精确、快捷的计算合金材料补加量,使铁液熔炼时间缩短,增加产能,同时稳定铸件质量,极大降低了化验人员的工作量。In view of the large kinds of alloy used in auto parts at present, and there were many factors affecting the performance of parts. For example, the mechanical properties of high carbon equivalent brake drum were significantly affected by the melting time. The intelligent alloy system was self-designed. The intelligent system can accurately and quickly calculate the adding amount of alloy materials. It can shorten the time of molten iron smelting, increase production capacity and stabilize casting quality, greatly reducing the workload of laboratory staff.
