Distribution of Essential Elements of Syndrome in Proper Population of Chinese Patent Medicine Commonly Used in Ischemic Stroke

摘　　要：[目的]分析缺血性脑卒中恢复期/后遗症期三种中成药适宜人群与证候要素。[方法]电子处方集系统查询2014年11月-12月第一诊断"中风""脑梗塞""脑梗死""脑血管疾病"病历处方,筛选中成药按应用频次排序:前3种为灯盏生脉胶囊、银杏叶滴丸、强力天麻杜仲胶囊。采用问卷调查方法,选取深圳市中医院针灸科病房及门诊2015年1月至2017年9月缺血性脑卒中恢复期或后遗症期患者,采集填写中医四诊信息表。按使用中成药(前期筛选按应用频次排序前3种)分组,灯盏生脉胶囊组65例、银杏叶滴丸组73例、强力天麻杜仲胶囊组65例,统计中医证候要素。[结果]纳入203例出现频次前3种证候要素,灯盏生脉胶囊组血瘀最多(95.4%),其次是气虚(93.8%)和阴虚(90.8%);银杏叶滴丸组血瘀(94.5%)、心虚(42.5%)和肾虚(21.9%);强力天麻杜仲胶囊组风(70.8%)、阴虚(58.5%)和肝虚(56.9%),第四位肾虚(55.4%)。[结论]证候要素分布与不同缺血性中风常用中成药适宜人群具有规律性,临床可依此选择使用相关中成药。[Objective] To investigate the distribution of essential elements of syndrome in proper population of Chinese patent medicine commonly used in ischemic stroke. [Methods] The first 3 Chinese patent medicines with the largest number of applications have been screened by inquiring of electronic medical records. Patients＇ data of the proper population for 3 Chinese patent medicines is collected by inspection, auscultation-olfaction, inquiry and pulse-taking-palpation which are four diagnostic methods of Chinese medicine. Essential elements of syndrome are differentiated based on the data collected. [Results] The first 3 Chinese patent medicines with the largest number of applications are erigeron Shengmai Capsule, Ginkgo biloba drop pills and Powerful Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule. Essential elements of syndrome are differentiated using data of 203 subjects. Essential elements of syndrome which account for the bulk of population of Essential elements in Erigeron Shengmai Capsule group are syndrome of blood stasis, syndrome of deficiency of Qi and syndrome of deficiency of Yin. Those in Ginkgo biloba drop pills group are syndrome of blood stasis and syndrome of deficiency of Xin. Those in Powerful Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule group are wind syndrome, syndrome of deficiency of Yin, syndrome of deficiency of liver, syndrome of deficiency ofkidney and phlegm syndrome. [Conclusions] The distribution of essential elements of syndrome is related with different type of proper population of Chinese patent medicine commonly used in ischemic stroke.
