摘 要:本文针对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能展开试验研究。采用人工加速锈蚀的方法,制作不同锈蚀率的钢筋混凝土梁,采用四点受弯的加载形式进行静力加载至破坏,破坏后取出钢筋测量锈蚀率及抗拉强度。分析试验结果可以得出以下结论:在利用实测数据进行锈蚀钢筋强度统计回归中可采用按未锈蚀钢筋截面面积计算锈蚀钢筋强度的方法,以便在锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构安全评估的时候可以直接采用按上述回归公式计算出的锈蚀钢筋强度作为结构内钢筋强度,从而避免了对钢筋截面面积和钢筋强度同时修正的困难。对应锈蚀钢筋强度(按未锈蚀钢筋截面面积计算)下降程度可以发现,当锈蚀率较小(<10%)时,钢筋混凝土梁的承载力退化主要是因为钢筋强度的下降;当锈蚀率较大(>10%)时,钢筋混凝土梁的承载力退化不单是因为钢筋强度的下降,由锈蚀引起的钢筋与混凝土间的粘结退化也起到了关键作用。The experimental study on the bending performance of corroded reinforced concrete beam was carried out in this paper. The reinforced concrete beams with different corrosion ratios were fabricated by artificial accelerated method and four-point bending test was applied on these corroded beams. After test, the corroded steel bars were obtained and their corrosion ratio and tension strength were measured. From the results some conclusions can be given. The tension strength of corroded bars can be calculated by measured yielding force of corroded steel bars and section area of non-corroded steel bars. The tension strength can be used to calculate the load carrying capacity of existing concrete structure, which avoids the problem of modifying the section area and tension strength of corroded steel bars at the same time. Besides, the decrease of tension strength of corroded bars is the main reason for the deterioration of concrete beams when the corrosion ratio is less than 10%. However, when the corrosion ratio is more than 10% , the bonding performance between concrete and steel play a key role for the deterioration of load carrying capacity.
