摘 要:针对防爆阀阻燃片的研究缺少理论指导,主要依靠实验测试完成设计的问题,提出了一种用于防爆阀降压性能的仿真分析方法。借助计算流体力学理论和Fluent软件,建立了阻燃片的计算模型,对10组不同初始压力下的阻燃片仿真结果,从结构设计和压力降角度进行了分析,使用Origin软件对仿真数据进行了拟合数据处理,分析了阻燃片内任意凸台处压力与初始压力、凸台层数的函数关系。研究结果表明:运用Fluent仿真和Origin数据拟合处理方法,有利于分析阻燃片内压力场的分布规律,获得任意凸台压力处压力与初始压力、凸台层数的函数规律公式;检验结果显示,公式值与仿真值基本一致。Aiming at the problem of the lack of theoretical guidance and the performance was mainly tested by experiments in the study process of flame arrester sheet,a simulation analysis method was presented for studying pressure-loss characteristics of explosion-proof valve.The calculation model of flame arrester sheet was established by the CFD and Fluent,the flame arrester sheet's simulation result of 10 groups of different initial pressure was analyzed from structure design and pressure-loss,and the simulation data were fitted by Origin software,the function relationship of any convexity pressure and the initial pressure,number of convexity within flame arrester sheet was explored. The results indicate that Fluent simulation and Origin data fitting are conducive to explore the distribution law of pressure in flame arrester sheet,a function formula of any convex pressure initial pressure and number of convex function is obtained. After verification,the calculation values are basically consistent with the simulation values.
