民族药乌桕氯仿部位的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究民族药乌桕氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析和重结晶的方法对乌桕氯仿部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,运用波谱数据并结合文献比对鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从乌桕氯仿部位中分离鉴定5个化合物,分别是:莫雷亭酮(1)、3-表莫雷亭醇(2)、莫雷亭醇(3)、乙酰油酮酸(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。结论:化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到,并首次报道3-表莫雷亭醇的碳谱数据。Obejective To study the chemical profiles from CHCl3 fraction of Sapium sebiferum. Methods Methods, namely silica gel chromatography and recrystallization, were applied to separation of pure compounds from the CHCl3 fraction. By comparison with literature data, the spectral data of pure compounds were collected for their structure elucidation. Results Five compounds were obtained, and identified as moretenone （1）, 3 -epimoretenol （2）, moretenol （3）, acetyl aleuritolic acid （4）, and β- sitosterol （5）, respectively. Conclusion Compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time, and the ^13 C NMR data of 3 - epimoretenol （2） was reported for the fiist time.
