摘 要:以基础环底法兰附近混凝土应力状态作为研究对象,提出对传统基础环底法兰增加锚栓与锚板的方式来提高基础环式基础对基础环的锚固效果,改善底法兰附近混凝土应力状态。通过数值模拟的方法,对传统基础环式基础与新型基础环式基础计算结果进行比对分析.研究结果表明,新型基础环式风机基础在基础环底法兰附近混凝土应力状态得到了明显改善,为基础环式风机基础技术在大功率机组上运用指明了方向.Taking the concrete stress near the bottom flange of embedded can as the research object, this paper presents that through adding anchor bolt and plate below the embedded can to improve the anchorage property of the embedded can foundation, and improve the stress state near the bottom flange. Through the numerical modeling method, paper compares and analyzes the calculation results of tradition embedded can foundation and the new type embedded foundation, the research results show that the concrete stress near the bottom flange of the new embedded can foundation is significantly improved, it points out the direction for the application of embedded can foundation teehnologyinhigh power wind turbine.
