摘　　要：在速冻冷柜的性能实验中,分别做了空负荷降温速度试验和满负荷降温速度试验。找出了速冻冷柜空负荷最快温降时间,以及满负荷时速冻冷柜最快温降时间。同时考察了速冻冷柜的整体性能,为速冻冷柜的优化及性能改善提供了基础。In the pertformance testing of quick lYeezing refrigerator, the empty load cooling rate test and the full load cooling rate test were respectively carried out. Find out the fastest temperature drop time of the quick lYeezing refrigerator empty load and the fastest temperature drop time of the quick freeze refrigerator full load. At the same time, the overall performance of the quick freezing refrigerator is investigated, which provides the basis for the optimization and performance improvement of quick freezing refrigerator.
