摘 要:目的探讨艾灸疗法对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生的干预效果及成本效益。方法将68例胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生的2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组行25%硫酸镁湿热敷,观察组予艾灸疗法,14d为1个疗程,比较两组干预后皮下脂肪增生直径、总有效率及治疗费用和护理时数。结果干预后观察组皮下脂肪增生直径、干预效果显著优于对照组(均P<0.01),观察组治愈率61.8%,对照组无治愈病例;观察组每例患者总治疗费用227.33元,对照组为596.44元;观察组总护理时数79.33h,对照组为238.0h。结论艾灸疗法对胰岛素注射部位皮下脂肪增生的干预效果优于传统硫酸镁湿热敷,有利于注射部位恢复,且经济实用。Objective To investigate the effect and cost-effectiveness of moxibustion therapy on hyperplasia of subcutaneous adipose tissue at insulin injection site in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of sixty-eight type 2 diabetes patients developing hyperplasia of subcutaneous adipose tissue at the insulin injection site were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 34 cases each.The control group received wet hot compresses with 25% magnesium sulfate solution,while the observation group were treated with moxibustion therapy,for 14 days.The diameters of skin lumps,total effective rate,treatment costs and counts of nursing hours were compared between the 2 groups.Results After 14 days of intervention,the diameters of skin lumps were significantly smaller,and the intervention effect in the observation group significantly better than those in the control group(all P〈0.01).The cure rate in the observation group was 61.8%,versus no cured case in the control group.The total treatment cost per capita was 227.33 Yuan,and the nursing hours per capita was 79.33 h,in the observation group,versus 596.44 Yuan,and 238.0 hin the control group.Conclusion Moxibustion therapy is superior to wet hot compresses with magnesium sulfate in managing hyperplasia of subcutaneous adipose tissue at the injection site of insulin,and it can accelerate skin recovery at limited insulin injection sites in diabetic patients and is of more economical and practical values.
