摘  要:根据GB/T 5750.6-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对不同浓度水中砷进行测定,确定了方法的检出限和定量限低于GB/T 7485-1987,通过加标回收考察了方法的准确度和精密度,回收率在84.55%~101.85%之间,相对标准偏差低于5%。与GB/T 5750.6-2006中的电感耦合等离子体质谱法和GB 7485-1987中的分光光度法测定砷元素含量进行了比较,结果表明:两个标准方法可视为等效。According to GB/T 5750.6-2006"Standards for the Standard Test Method for Drinking Water",ICPMS was used to determine the arsenic in different concentrations of water.The detection limit and limit of quantitation were determined to be lower than GB/T 7485-1987.The accuracy and precision of the method were investigated by spiked recovery.The recovery was between 84.55% and 101.85%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.ICP-MS in GB/T 5750.6-2006 and spectrophotometric determination of arsenic content in GB 7485-1987,two standard methods can be considered equivalent.The two standard methods for the determination of arsenic content by ICP-MSin GB/T 57556-2006 and spectrophotometry in GB 7485-1987 can be considered equivalent.
