摘  要:对《空气和废气监测分析方法》(2007年第四版增补版)推荐的有组织废气采集到的玻璃纤维滤筒样品在铁板加热消解过程中加热方式和滤纸洗涤过滤步骤进行了改进,消解时锥形瓶放置石棉网上加热使之受热均匀并采用多次加酸形式保持酸量避免滤渣飞溅,样品消解后用超声波清洗器与离心机的组合替代滤纸过滤的作用,避免了样品在定量滤纸过滤、清洗时不完全而造成砷在前处理过程中的损失,从而更加真实地反映出污染物浓度。通过空白样品滤筒加标测定表明:回收率为90~96%、精密度为1.4%,结果均较为理想。The glass fiber filter cartridge sample collected by the organized exhaust gas recommended by the Air and Exhaust Gas Monitoring and Analysis Method(2007 fourth edition supplement)was heated in the iron plate heating digestion process and the filter paper washing filter was carried out.The conical bottle is heated with asbestos on the net so that it is evenly heated and the acid is maintained in multiple times in the form of adding acid to avoid splattering of the filter residue.The combination of ultrasonic cleaner and centrifuge can replace filter paper,which can avoid the loss of arsenic in the process of Pre-treatment.The recovery rate was 90~96%and the precision was 1.4 %.The results were satisfactory.
