山东省威海市预防接种门诊服务地理可及性分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东省威海市预防接种服务的地理可及性,为预防接种门诊建设提供依据。方法选择全市所有预防接种门诊并采用分层随机抽样方法选择儿童家长,调查分析预防接种门诊距离、交通方式、到达时间和对门诊位置的满意度。结果城区预防接种门诊距离居委会〈5km占86.80%（263/303）,农村预防接种门诊距离村会≤10km占94.31%（2 057/2 181）。城区家长报告的居住地至预防接种门诊距离〈5km占91.76%（234/255）,农村家长报告的居住地至预防接种门诊距离≤10km占97.53%（751/770）;儿童预防接种交通方式采用私家车占52.90%（620/1 172）。98.19%（1 136/1 157）的儿童家长在30min内到达预防接种门诊。91.55%（1 073/1 172）的儿童家长对预防接种门诊位置满意。结论威海市预防接种门诊设置的总体地理可及性较好;应采取综合措施弥补少数村（居委会）地理可及性的不足。Objective To evaluate geographic accessibility of vaccination clinics in Weihai city of Shandong province, and to provide evidence for construction of vaccination clinics. Methods We selected all vaccination clinics of Weihai, and selected parents by a stratified random sampling strategy. We recorded and analyzed distance and transportation times to vaccination clinics and parental satisfaction with vaccination clinic locations. Results 86.80%（263/303） of urban vaccination clinics were 5 km to communities and 94.31%（2 057/2 181） of rural vaccination clinics were ≤10 km to village communities; 91.76%（234/255） of urban parents reported that distances from home to vaccination clinic were 5 km, and 97.53%（751/770） of rural parents reported that distances from home to vaccination clinic were ≤10 km; 52.90 %（620/1 172） of parents drove to clinics by private cars; 98.19%（1 136/1 157） were able to arrive at a vaccination clinic within 30 minutes; and 91.55%（1 073/1 172） were satisfied with vaccination clinic locations. Conclusions The geographic accessibility of vaccination clinics was good in Weihai. We should take comprehensive measures to improve geographic accessibility in some villages.
