摘 要:目的评价北京市朝阳区冷链温度自动监控系统运行状况。方法运用回顾性调查方法,收集2016-2017年朝阳区预防接种单位冷链温度自动监控系统的相关数据,分析冷链设备使用状况、冷链温度自动监控系统报警情况。结果朝阳区预防接种单位共装备冷链设备559台,其中正常使用495台(88.55%),全部配备了冷链设备温度监控系统。2016年10月-2017年10月共监测到302台冷链设备报警12 151次,报警率为0.40/万。报警的主要原因为台式冰箱在门诊日频繁开启(48.44%)、冷链设备在疫苗出入库时开门时间较长(19.53%)。92.97%(119/128)的预防接种工作人员认为冷链温度自动监控系统有利于提高冷链管理质量和效率。结论北京市朝阳区冷链温度自动监控系统运行稳定,提高了冷链设备管理的效率。建议该系统与预防接种信息系统进行对接,实现数据共享。Objective To evaluate implementation of the cold chain automatic temperature monitoring system in Chaoyang district of Beijing. Methods We collected data retrospectively from the automatic temperature monitoring system in vaccination clinics of Chaoyang during 2016-2017. We analyzed the running status of the cold chain equipment and the alerting capability of the automatic monitoring system. Results In total, 559 Chaoyang vaccination clinics had cold chain equipment, of which 495(88.55%) had temperature monitoring systems installed. From October 2016 to October 2017, a total of 12 151 alerts were sent from 302 cold-chain items for an alerting rate of 0.40 per 10 000 temperature records. The main reasons for alerts were frequent opening of desk refrigerators during vaccination sessions(48.44%) and prolonged opening of cold chain equipment while placing or removing vaccine(19.53%); 92.97%(119/128) of vaccination staff believed that the system improved the quality and efficiency of cold chain management. Conclusions The automatic temperature monitoring system for cold chain ran well in Chaoyang and improved the efficiency of cold chain management. We suggest that the system be linked with the immunization information system for data sharing.
