摘　　要：非警务类警情是指在110接处警环境下生成的，超出法律规定的公安机关及其人民警察应当履行职责权限之外的报警信息。针对非警务类警情分流的现状及问题，可通过搭建“群众呼叫，部门响应”的协调联动平台、从法律层面严格界定公安机关对纠纷和救助事务的受理范围、健全工作机制推动部门协调联动、建立创新型分流处置机制拓宽警情受理处置渠道、加强社会面宣传引导群众正确报警等措施，有效分流大量非警务警情，从根本上解决基层110接处警工作负担，提升公安机关警务运行效力。Non-police-like alertness refers to alarm information generated in the environment of l lO- connected police, which exceeds the legal requirements for public security organs and their people＇s police to perform their duties.
