摘  要:丁酸梭菌(Clostridium butyricum)是一种广泛存在于动物肠道中的益生菌,目前常被用作饲料添加剂。丁酸梭菌具有调节肠道菌群、产生营养物质、提高机体免疫力以及对多种饲用抗生素具有较强的耐受性等多种优良特性,具有良好的应用前景。近年来,我国加快了对丁酸梭菌的研究利用,但是由于丁酸梭菌难培养以及作用机理比较复杂等原因,使丁酸梭菌的应用仍然存在很大的局限性。本文主要针对丁酸梭菌的作用机理研究现状进行综述,并且展望了未来的研究方向。Clostridium butyricum is a probiotic that found extensively in the gut of animals and is currently used as a feed additive in feed.Clostridium butyricum has many excellent properties such as regulating intestinal flora, producing nutrients, enhancing immunity of the body and being highly tolerant to various feed antibiotics, and has good application prospect.In recent years,China has accelerated the research and utilization of Clostridium butyricum,but Clostridium butyricum still has its limitations due to the difficult cultivation of Clostridium butyricum and the complicated mechanism of action.In this paper,the current situation of the mechanism of action of Clostridium butyricum were reviewed,and the future research directions were also prospected.
