摘 要:目前航空航天电缆网的使用越来越多,针对电缆网检测效率低及自动化检测技术落后的问题,以某型星载电缆网为对象,设计并搭建了电缆网自动化检测系统。介绍了电缆网检测的国内外研究现状,并通过借鉴国内外先进的检测手段,实现了电缆网的自动化检测,并极大地提高了检测效率,高效匹配了电缆网产品的生产需求。At present, the use of aerospace cable network is more and more. In view of the poor efficiency of the cable network detection and the backward automation detection technology, the design and construction of the cable network automation detection system are carried out with a certain type of spaeeborne cable network. In this paper, the research status of cable network detection is introduced, and the automatic detection is realized by drawing lessons from the advanced detection methods at home and abroad. The detection efficiency is greatly improved and the pro- duetion demand of the cable networks is met efficiently.
