摘 要:为实现在消化道疾病检查时延长胶囊内窥镜的可工作时长,研究并设计了一种具有五维磁定位功能的基于OV2640及STM32系列低功耗MCU的胶囊内窥镜无线图像采集传输系统。该系统由胶囊内窥镜本体和体外图像接收端组成,硬件上选取低功耗的MCU为STM32L4R5及低功耗射频收发芯片nRF24L01和CMOS图像传感器OV2640。同时针对功耗较大的闪光拍照、无线收发部分进行了软件设计。该系统直径为12 mm、长度24 mm,每秒传输图片2帧,最大稳定通讯距离2 m,定位精度1. 37 mm,定向精度为3. 39°。实验表明:该系统可获取压缩后传送的清晰图像,测试功耗为99 m W,降功耗后延长了可工作时长,满足了胶囊内窥镜图像采集系统低功耗实时图像采集传输的要求。In order to extend the working time of capsule endoscope during stive tract disease examination, a capsule endoscope wireless image acquisition and transmission system based on OV2640 and STM32 series low-power MCU with five dimensional magnetic positioning function was researched and designed. The system consists of a capsule endoscope body and an extraeorporeal image receiving end. On the hardware, the low-power MCU is selected as STM321AR5 and low-power RF transceiver chip nRF24L01 and CMOS image sensor 0V2640. At the same time, software design for flash photography and wireless transceiver is adopted. The system has a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 24 mm. It transmits 2 frames per seeond, the maximum stable communication distance is 2 m, the positioning accuracy is 1.37 mm, and the orientation accuracy is 3.39 °. Experiments show that the system can obtain clear images transmitted after compression, and the test power consumption is 99 mW, which reduces the working time after power consumption reduction. It satisfies the requirements of low- power and real-time image acquisition and transmission of capsule endoscope image acquisition system
