基于优质网络教育资源的太极柔力球教学改革研究

摘　　要：选项课太极柔力球师资力量薄弱,教材理论欠缺,学校环境氛围差,课时不足,学生初始水平不同以及学习能力的个体差异性等导致教学效果不佳。优质网络教育资源应用于太极柔力球选项课教学中,丰富了教材内容,增长了学生自主学习能力,打破了时间和空间界限,实现了体育选项课教学与锻炼的课内外一体化,培养了学生自主学习和锻炼的能力,提升了选项课教学质量和效果。Optional course taiji softball teachers are weak, teaching material theory is insufficient, school environment is poor, class hours are insufficient, students＇ initial level is different and individual difference of learning ability leads to poor teaching effect. Quality of network education resources used in tai chi soft strength ball option class teaching, enrich the teaching content, increase the students＇ autonomous learning ability, to break the boundaries of time and space, realize the sports option class teaching and exercise class internal and external integration, cultivate the students＇ ability of autonomous learning and exercise, improves the option class teaching quality and effect.
