摘 要:移动式防洪系统是一种具备高安全性的标准化防洪方法,但在中国城市防洪系统中应用还不多,对其应急安装管理研究不足是制约因素之一。依托某市的移动式防洪墙工程,对其安装过程进行施工组织设计,构建了移动式防洪系统应急安装数学规划模型,利用Anylogic软件对移动式防洪墙构件的装载、运输过程进行仿真,利用仿真结果对该数学规划模型进行求解,并给出最优方案。研究表明:通过资源的合理调配,改进施工步骤,可以缩短移动式防洪墙的应急安装时间,为防洪抢险赢得宝贵时间。Mobile flood control system is a method with high security standard of flood control, but in China, thereis few city flood control system application and the lack of emergency management research installation is one of the constraints. Relying on one mobile flood control wall engineering, this paper conducted the construction design of its installation process and built a mobile emergency flood control system installation mathematical programming model. It used Anylogic software to simulate the loading and transport process of mobile flood wall components, simulated the mathematical planning model through simulation results and gave the optimal solution. The research shows that through reasonable deployment of resources and improvement of construction procedures, it is possible to shorten the emergency installation time of mobile flood walls and win valuable time for flood prevention and rescue.
