复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊性卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的150例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与联合组,各75例。对照组给予来曲唑治疗,联合组给予复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度均显著增加,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组的FSH、T、LH水平均明显优于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合来曲唑能有效增加多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的子宫内膜厚度,调节激素水平,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of compound Xuanju capsules combined with letrozole in thetreatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods A total of 150 cases of infertile patients with polycystic ovarysyndrome amditted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control group andcombination group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given letrozole treatment, and the combinationgroup was given compound Xuanju capsules combined with letrozole. The therapeutic effects of the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FSH, T and LH in the combination group were significantly betterthan those of the control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsules combined withletrozole can effectively increase endometrial thickness and regulate hormone levels in infertility patients with polycysticovary syndrome, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
