摘　　要：目的探讨360°无缝隙护理干预在原发性肝癌患者介入治疗中的作用。方法将78例拟行介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组(39例,常规护理)、研究组(39例,常规护理+360°无缝隙护理干预)。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者LOT-R评分高于护理前与常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者诊疗完全配合率、手术满意度高于常规组,术后住院时间短于常规组,按时复诊率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在原发性肝癌患者介入治疗中,采用360°无缝隙护理干预能促使患者乐观面对诊疗,提升诊疗配合度和手术满意度,缩短住院时间,改善按时复诊率。Objective To explore the role of 360° seamless nursing intervention in interventional treatment of patientswith primary liver cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy weredivided into routine group （39 cases, routine nursing） and study group （39 cases, routine nursing＋360° seamless nursingintervention）. The nursing effects of both groups were compared. Results After nursing, the LOT-R score of the study groupwas higher than those in the routine group and before nursing （P〈0.05）. The rates of complete cooperation and satisfactionof operation in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, the postoperative hospital stay was shorter thanthat in the routine group, and the rate of further consultation on time was higher than that in the routine group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the interventional treatment of primary liver cancer patients, 360° seamless nursing intervention can promotepatients to face the diagnosis and treatment optimistically, improve the degree of coordination between diagnosis andtreatment and surgical satisfaction, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the rate of further consultation on time.
