摘　　要：从网架结构、业务承载方面深入分析宁夏电力三级骨干通信网存在的问题,通过MSP保护和SNCP保护相结合的组网思路,提出一种可实现电网生产业务分区域汇聚、网络节点分区域管理的宁夏电力传输网络建设方案.此方案能有效提高宁夏电力通信网运维效率,提升网络、业务运行水平,为宁夏电力三级骨干通信网的演进和构建宁夏电力传输第二平面提供可行方案。The problems existing in three level of backbone communication network in Ningxia power grid were analyzed from the network structure and operation support. By the combination of MSP protection and SNCP protection, the schemes of Ningxia power transmission network construction were proposed to realize power grid production by regional convergence and network node by regional management. The schemes can effectively improve the operation and maintenance efficiency, upgrade the operation level of Ningxia power grid network, which provide a feasible scheme for the development of three level of backbone communication network for Ningxia power grid and the second plane construction of Ningxia power transmission.
