摘 要:目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)基因多态性人群分布及其在原发性高血压中的作用。方法选择2017年11月—2018年5月山西省心血管病医院收治的50例原发性高血压患者作为原发性高血压组,另选择同期体检的50例健康体检者作为健康对照组。检测所有研究对象的ACE基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态性,观察所有数据并进行分析。结果健康对照组基因型以I I型居多,而原发性高血压组以DD型居多。原发性高血压组的DD基因型频率[42%(21/50)比24%(12/50),χ~2=5.09]和D等位基因频率均明显高于健康对照组[58%(58/100)比42%(42/100),χ~2=2.56,均P<0.05]。结论 ACE的D等位基因与原发性高血压有关,ACE多态性基因位点检测可为临床用药提供参考。Objective To investigate the distribution of angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme(ACE) gene polymorphism in population and its role in the pathogenesis of patients with essential hypertension. Methods Fifty patients with essential hypertension admitted into Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital from November 2017 to May 2018 were selected in the essential hypertension group; another 50 healthy subjects in the same period having undergone physical examinations were assigned in the normal control group. The polymorphism of ACE gene insertion/deletion(I/D) was detected in the two groups, and the data obtained were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results DD type was the most common type in patients with essential hypertension, and type I I was the most common type in healthy subjects. The frequency of the ACE DD genotype in the essential hypertension group was 42%(21/50), and that in the control group was 24%(12/50), in comparison between the two groups(χ^2 = 5.09, P〈0.05); the frequency of D allelic genotype in essential hypertension group was 58%(58/100) and that of the control group was 42%(42/100), in comparison(χ^2 = 2.56, P〈0.05), showing that the frequencies of ACE DD genotype and D allelic genotype were significantly higher in the essential hypertension group than those in the control group. Conclusion The ACE D allele is related to essential hypertension, and the detection of ACE polymorphism gene locus can provide reference for clinical medication.
