摘　　要：目的对2017年河南口岸2名疑似为输入性登革热病例的入境人员进行实验室鉴定,为口岸实施精准检疫提供依据。方法 2名疑似病例分别从斯里兰卡和泰国旅游归国,入境时间分别为2017年1月和12月。根据流行病学调查,怀疑其在境外感染登革病毒,采集血清样本用实时荧光RT-PCR进行登革病毒检测。结果 2个病例样本均为登革病毒通用型核酸阳性,分型鉴定均为登革病毒Ⅱ型,Ct值为19。确定为输入性病例。结论应根据国际疫情动态变动形势,加强输入性疫情的早期预警,实施口岸输入性传染病精准防控。Objective To take laboratory identification on 2 cases of suspected imported dengue fever at Henan port,2017,and to provide the basis for the implementation of precision health quarantine and the prevention and control.Methods According to the epidemiological investigation,the 2 cases were returned from Sri Lanka and Thailand.The serum samples were collected to detect.Results The samples of the 2 suspected cases were all universal dengue virus positive,subtype were dengue virus type Ⅱ,Ct value were all 19.It had been confirmed to be imported cases.Conclusion It is should to strengthen the early warning and surveillance of imported dengue fever in accordance with the situation of international epidemic,and carry out accurate prevention and control of imported diseases.
