临床药师参与1例急性伊维菌素中毒救治的体会

摘　　要：为响应精准化医疗,探讨临床药师对急性中毒的会诊思维及技巧,在1例急性伊维菌素中毒救治中,临床药师综合参考相关指南和伊维菌素的理化性质、药效学以及药动学特点,协助医师优化个体化抢救方案,密切关注不良反应,指导用药等相关事项。患者第3天意识转为清醒,第5天病情平稳,第6天由ICU转出,抢救成功。药物急性中毒患者的治疗中,临床药师及时提供中毒药物信息,全程参与患者的药物治疗,提出建议,优化用药方案,在治疗团队中的作用不容忽视。To explore the clinical thinking and skills for clinical pharmacists to participate in the treatment of acute poisoning. In the treatment of a case of acute ivermectin poisoning, the clinical pharmacist assisted the clinicians in optimizing the treatment plan and paid close attention to the adverse drug reactions and guided the medication through comprehensive referring to related guidelines as well as the physical, chemical, pharmacodynamtic, and pharmacokinetic properties of ivermectin. The patient regained consciousness on the 3rd day, his condition became stable on the 5th day, and he was discharged from the ICU on the 6th day. The rescue was successful. In the treatment of patients with acute poisoning, clinical pharmacists should provide inforrnation of the poisons in time, participate in the treatment through the whole process, and put forward suggestions and optimize the medication regimens. The role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment team should not he ignored.
