摘  要:通过混料设计,对三种不同长度的PVA纤维(3 mm、6 mm及12 mm)进行混杂,研究PVA纤维长度及混杂比例对喷射超高韧性水泥基复合材料(Engineered Cementitious Composite,ECC)工作性能及力学性能的影响,运用Design expert软件对混杂比例进行优化。研究结果表明,在纤维总体积掺量固定时,纤维长度越短,新拌混凝土流动性越好;长纤维可以提高抗折强度及韧性,但是对流动度及抗压强度会产生不利影响,因此12 mmPVA纤维不适合用在喷射ECC中;较为理想的纤维混杂比例为3 mmPVA:6 mmPVA:12 mmPVA=0.28:0.72:0或0.5:0.5:0。Through mixing design, three kinds of PVA fibers with different lengths (3 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm) were mixed. The effects of PVA fiber length and mixing proportion on the fluidity, compressive strength and flexaral strength of the sprayed engineered cementitious Composite (ECC) were studied, and the mixing ratio was optimized by design expert software. The results show that when the total volume of fiber was fixed, the shorter the fiber length, the better the fluidity of fresh concrete is. Long fibers improves flexural strength and toughness, but has an adverse effect on fluidity and compressive strength. Therefore 12 mm PVA fiber is not suitable for spraying ECC. The ideal fiber mixing ratio is 3 mmPVA:6 mmPVA:12 mmPVA=0.28:0.72:0 or 0.5:0.5:0.
