摘 要:随着城市城市污水的产生量越来越多,对污水处理过后产生较多的污泥副产物,对于我国城市污水的调理具有较大的影响,因此本文通过对壳聚糖和改性粉煤灰对城市污泥调理作用进行研究,研究结果表明:随着CPAM的投加量的不断增大,污泥比阻呈先减小后增大的趋势,CPAM浓度为0.06%、0.08%、0.10%、时,最佳的投加量为80 mg/L,CPAM浓度为0.15%和0.12%时,最佳的投加量为100 mg/L;pH值在6~8之间时,污泥比阻最小,污泥的脱水效果最佳。PAC和CPAM联合调理时,PAC的最佳投加量为2 g/L,随着CPAM投加量的增大,污泥比阻呈先减小后增大的趋势,CPAM的最佳投加量为60 mg/L;当改性液的投加量为281 ml/kg DS时,污泥的比阻值最低为2.78×10^(12) m/kg,TTF值最小,仅为40.6 s,改性液调理后的污泥比未调理污泥的滤饼含水率低14.5%,脱水率达62.3%。With the increasing amount of urban urban sewage, more sludge by-products are produced after sewage treatment, which has a great impact on the conditioning of urban sewage in China. Therefore, this paper adopts chitosan and modification. The research on the conditioning effect of municipal sludge by fly ash shows that: With the increasing dosage of CPAM, the specific resistance of sludge decreases first and then increases, and the concentration of CPAM is 0.06 %. 0.08 %, 0.10 %, when the optimal dosage is 80mg/L, when the concentration of CPAM is 0.15 % and 0.12 %, the optimal dosage is 100 mg/L; when the pH is between 6-8, The specific resistance of the sludge is the smallest, and the dewatering effect of the sludge is the best. When PAC and CPAM were combined, the optimal dosage of PAC was 2 g/L. With the increase of CPAM dosage, the specific resistance of sludge decreased first and then increased, and the optimal dosage of CPAM was increased. It is 60 mg/L; when the dosage of the modified liquid is 281 ml/kg DS, the specific resistance of the sludge is 2.78×10^12 m/kg, and the TIT value is the smallest, only 40.6 s. The sludge has a moisture content of 14.5 % lower than that of the untreated sludge, and the dewatering rate is 62.3 %.
