摘 要:大型燃煤电站锅炉污泥掺烧技术被认为是一种重要的污泥无害化处置方法。本文研究了在300 MW电站锅炉长期污泥掺烧过程中,不同污泥掺烧比例对飞灰重要特性-可燃物含量的影响,同时为了全面评估污泥掺烧比例对锅炉经济性及安全性的影响,研究了掺烧比例对锅炉效率及炉膛温度的影响。在280 MW负荷工况下,不超过7%掺烧比例时,飞灰可燃物的含量有一定降低,而锅炉效率无明显变化,同时局部炉膛温度有明显降低。表明在试验工况下,污泥掺烧不会影响飞灰后续资源化利用,同时不会影响锅炉经济性,但需重点关注燃烧安全性。Sludge co-firing technology by large coal-fired power plant boiler is considered as an important method for sludge harmless treatment. It researched the influence of the sludge co-firing ratio on the combustible matter content of the fly ash, which is the one of the most important characteristics for fly ash. Meanwhile, in order to evaluate the sludge co-firing ratio on the economy and safety of the boiler overall, the effect of the co-firing ratio on the boiler efficiency and furnace temperature was also investigated. Under the condition of 280 MW load, with the co-firing ratio below 7 %, the combustible matter content of the fly ash decreased, but the boiler efficiency had no significant change, meanwhile part of furnace temperature had an obvious decrease. It indicated that, during the experimental conditions, the co-firing of sludge could not affect the resource utilization of fly ash, but had no significant influence on the boiler economy, meanwhile the combustion safety should be paid more attentions.
