摘  要:植物体具有天生免疫系统以避免病原菌的入侵。转录因子作为信号途径调控基因在植物抗病反应中扮演重要角色,尤其是WRKY转录因子家族。本综述阐述了近年来WRKY转录因子在植物抗病反应中的研究进展。研究表明,WRKY蛋白可能参与不同的调控途径从而正向或负向调节下游靶基因的表达。对其信号转导和转录调控机制的深入研究更揭示了WRKY蛋白能够通过参与不同的信号通路或与不同蛋白互作对植物抗病反应进行调控,其中包括参与激素信号通路,参与MAPK信号通路,与WRKY转录因子家族的其他成员互作,以及直接响应R蛋白。随着对WRKY转录因子家族在植物抗病反应中功能研究的不断深入,这将进一步丰富我们对WRKY转录因子家族的认识。Plants have innate immune system to protect themselves against pathogens infection. Transcription factors, as the regulatory genes of signal pathway, play key roles in plant defense programs, especially the WRKY transcription factor family. This paper reviewed the recent progress of WRKY transcription factors in plant disease resistance response. Recent research has demonstrated that WRKY proteins might participate in different regulation approaches, thereby positively or negatively regulating the expression of downstream target genes. Moreover, further study on the signal transduction and transcription regulation mechanism of WRKY proteins indicated that WRKY proteins could regulate plant disease resistance by participating in different signaling pathways or interacting with different proteins, including hormone signaling pathways, MAPK signaling pathways, interacting with other members of the WRKY transcription factor family, and directly corresponding R proteins. The in-depth study on the function of WRKY transcription factor family in plant disease resistance will further enrich our understanding of WRKY transcription factor family.
