改良式剖宫产术治疗前置胎盘疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察改良式剖宫产术对前置胎盘的临床价值。方法随机将2016年10月～2017年10月收治的80例行剖宫产术的前置胎盘患者分为两组,每组40例。观察组给予改良式剖宫产,对照组给予常规术式。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组术中出血量、新生儿Apgar评分、VAS评分及术后排气时间等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论改良式剖宫产术术中出血量少,创伤性小,避免了医疗的浪费,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical value of Modified Cesarean section for placenta previa. Methods 80 patients with placenta previa treated by cesarean section in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The observation group used Modified Cesarean section,and the control group used conventional operation. Compared the clinical effects of two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss,neonatal Apgar score,VAS score and postoperative exhaust time of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P0. 05）. Conclusions The modified caesarean section has less bleeding and less traumatic,avoids the waste of medical treatment,and is worth popularizing.
