摘　　要：目的了解2007—2016年唐山市滦南县放射诊疗单位不同年份和不同级别医院放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平及发展趋势。方法按照GBZ 128-2016《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求,采用热释光剂量法对滦南县所有医疗卫生机构放射工作人员外照射进行监测。结果 10年共监测放射工作人员937人次,平均监测率86.12%。以2009年最低,为80.37%。有880人次个人年有效剂量≤2 m Sv/a,占93.92%。10年放射工作人员数量明显增加,2016年是2007年的2.12倍。人均年剂量当量自2009年之后有逐年递减的趋势。10年人均年剂量当量为0.81 m Sv/a,以2009年最高,达到2.08 m Sv/a,人均年有效剂量低于5 m Sv者占99.79%。不同级别医院放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测以门诊最低(0.54 m Sv/a)。结论滦南县职业环境相对安全,放射工作人员得到了有效的防护及保障。[Objective]To understand the individual dose level and development trend of external exposure of radiation workers in different years and different level hospitals in Luannan County of Tangshan City from 2007-2016. [Methods] According to the requirements of the Occupational exposure personal monitoring standard（GBZ 128-2016）,thermoluminescent dosimetry was applied to monitor the external exposure of radiation workers in all medical institutions in Luannan County. [Results] There were 937 monitored times during the recent ten years,and the average monitoring rate was 86.12%,while the lowest monitored rate was80.37% in 2009. There were 880 monitored times with annual effective dose less than 2 m Sv/a,accounting for 93.92%. The number of radiation workers significantly increased in the recent ten years and it in 2016 was 2.12 folds as big as that in 2007.The annual dose equivalent per capita has been decreasing year by year since 2009. The annual dose equivalent per capita was 0.81 m Sv/a in ten years and the highest dose was up to 2.08 m Sv/a in 2009. The radiation workers whose annual effective dose was less than 5 m Sv accounted for 99.79%. Among radiation workers in hospitals of different levels,the individual dose of external irradiation in radiation workers from outpatient department was the lowest（0.54 m Sv/a）.[Conclusion] The occupational environment in Luannan County is relatively safe,and the radiation workers have been effectively protected.
