摘 要:基于对一般思维、中医思维与中医临床思维之异同特点的递进分析,比较发现当代中医教育中存在中医观念淡薄、中医带教不实等短板问题,针对性地提出专业硕士阶段中医临床思维培养的基本思路与有效举措,包括:夯实经典研修、增补传统文化、特设辨证思维程序、规范门诊临证带教等。Some"short-board"problems are found and compared in contemporary TCM education based on analysis on similarities and differences of general thinking, TCM thinking and TCM clinical thinking. The basic thought train and effective measures are put forward for training TCM clinical thinking in professional postgraduate period, including advanced study on classics, supplement of traditional cultural knowledge, special dialectical thinking processes and standard clinical teaching.
