摘  要:冷弯结构空心型钢SS490B是一种硼钛微合金化出口材,由热轧板卷剪裁后进行制管,对板卷的质量要求非常严格。如果板卷性能不稳定,在后续加工使用时会出现加工平台缺陷,影响用户的使用。在通钢FTSR生产线上,对影响冷弯结构空心型钢SS490B性能稳定性的因素进行分析,并根据分析的结果,通过稳定化学成分、提高铸坯质量、优化轧制温度制度、优化冷却工艺、稳定层流冷却、加装风吹装置以及制定相应监察制度等措施,能够稳定SS490B的力学性能,满足用户的使用要求。Cold-formed structural hollow sections steel SS490 Bis one of the grades of Ti-microalloying export products,which is produced after the cropping of the hot-rolled coil.And it has very strict requirements for the quality of the steel plate.If the property of the steel plate is unstable,the flat form machining flaw will occur in the subsequent process,which can affect the application of customs.According to the production line of FTSR in Tongsteel,the influence factors of the property stability of SS490 Bsteel were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the property fluctuation of SS490 Bsteel was minimized by reducing the composition fluctuation,improving the slab quality,optimizing the rolling temperature,optimizing the cooling process,stabilizing the laminar cooling,adding the blowing equipment and formulating the corresponding supervision system,which can meet the demand of customs.
