摘　　要：目的了解哈尔滨市居民慢性病患病和饮酒情况,探讨饮酒对慢性病患病的影响。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对哈尔滨市辖区9区9县(市)抽取的10 618名18岁及以上常住居民进行问卷调查,对其饮酒情况及其与慢性病患病关系进行横断面分析。结果哈尔滨市被调查居民慢性病患病率为44. 6%,饮酒率为29. 3%。饮酒频率高、年饮酒总量大、具有有害饮酒行为的人群慢性病患病率较高(P <0. 05),多因素分析显示,饮酒、年龄大、居住在城市是慢性病患病的危险因素。结论慢性病已成为哈市居民主要疾病,多病共存现象较为严重,高酒精摄入可增加慢性病的患病风险,应将饮酒量控制在适当水平,避免大量饮酒对人体的危害。Objective To understand the chronic disease and drinking situation of community residents in Harbin,explore the effects of alcohol consumption on chronic diseases. Methods A total of 10 618 adult residents from 9 districts and 9 counties of Harbin were randomly selected by multi-stage stratified sampling survey method,the alcohol consumption and the relationship with chronic diseases were analyzed by questionnaire. Results The prevalence of chronic diseases among residents in Harbin was 44. 6% and the drinking rate was 29. 3%. People with high drinking frequency,high alcohol consumption and harmful drinking behaviors had a higher prevalence of chronic diseases（ P 0. 05）. Multivariate analysis showed that drinking,aging and living in cities were risk factors for chronic disease. Conclusion Chronic diseases have become the main disease of the residents of Harbin,and the coexistence of multiple diseases is prominent. High alcohol intake can increase the risk of chronic diseases,alcohol consumption should be controlled at an appropriate level to avoid the harmful effects of heavy drinking on the body.
