摘 要:针对304不锈钢热水管道发生腐蚀泄露的现象,通过化学成分分析、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等分析手段,对泄露热水管道的成分组成、显微组织、裂纹形貌及腐蚀产物成分进行了检测分析。分析结果表明:应力腐蚀开裂是造成该304热水管腐蚀泄露的主要原因,这是由管壁受到的应力以及环境中的氯离子共同作用所引起的。Aiming at the corrosion leakage phenomenon of the hot-water pipeline made of 304 stainless steel,the chemical composition,microstructure and crack morphology as well as the composition of the corrosion products were tested and analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results showed that the stress corrosion cracking was the main reason for the corrosion leakage of the 304 stainless steel hot-water pipeline,which was due to the combined action of the stress of the pipeline wall and the chloride ion in atmosphere.
