摘  要:预先设定好角度的4个固定喷头自动连续地向在辊道上运行的钢坯喷涂涂料,当钢坯通过电容传感器a、b时,会得到不同的电容值。电容值经信号处理器和逻辑电路来实现对空压机、驱动辊道的电机以及电磁阀的控制,从而设计出具有连续生产、计数、喷涂过程无死角、故障报警、保证钢坯不漏涂5大基础功能的钢坯自动涂料设备。此外,该系统还有自动识别钢坯的功能,能保证钢坯在运输辊道上运动时的位置精度,节约原料和成本。该系统操作简单、与钢坯的后续加工工艺衔接良好。The billet which ran on roller table is automatically and continuously coated by four fixed nozzles with the pre-set angle. When the billet past the capacitance sensor a and b,the different capacitance was obtained. After the dealing of the signal processor and the central controller,the control of the air compressor,the motor of the driving roller and the solenoid valve were realized. Then,the automatic painting equipment which had five basic functions,including continuous production,counting,no dead angle,fault alarming and ensuring all billet painted,was designed. In addition,the system can automatically identify the billet,save the unnecessary coating and the cost,and ensure the position precision of the billet on the transport roller. The system was simple to operate and good at the connection with the follow-up processing.
