重症急性会厌炎2例护理体会

摘　　要：重症急性会厌炎有起病急骤、发展凶险等临床特点,为耳鼻咽喉科重危症之一,如不及时就医处理可因会厌肿胀而阻塞呼吸道而导致死亡。文章报告2例男性患者,经过心理疏导、康复指导和精心的治疗护理后,顺利拔管,康复出院。Severe acute epiglottitis is clinically featured by acute onset and dangerous development, making it one serious otolaryngologic disease. If not treated in time, it will cause swollen epiglottis, respiratory tract obstruction,and eventually death. This article reported 2 male cases of epiglottitis who were successfully extubated and discharged after psychological counseling, rehabilitation guidance, and meticulous nursing care.
