摘 要:横拉门是一种垂直于水流方向移动启闭的平面钢闸门,通常用于节制闸工程。该种设备无排架等复杂上部操作机构,但需要水平方向较大空间放置闸板的门库,对构筑物的平面尺寸要求较高。本文以上海市松江高粱泾南泵闸为例,介绍了横拉门门库的一种新型布设方式,以及如何结合泵闸的总体布置形式,将横拉门的门库进行集约化融合,从而降低构筑物平面尺寸和占地面积,以期为横拉门更广泛、合理、高效的应用拓展前景。Horizontal sliding door is a plane steel gate that can be opened and closed perpendicular to the direction of water flow. It is usually used in regulating sluice project. The equipment has no complex upper operation mechanism such as bent frame, etc. However, large space at the horizontal direction is required as the gate warehouse for containing the gate plate. It has higher requirements on the plane size of the structure. Shanghai Songjiang Gaoliang River Jingnan Pump Brake is adopted as an example in the paper. A novel layout mode of horizontal sliding door gate warehouse and the overall layout mode of combining pump brake are introduced. The gate warehouse of the horizontal sliding door is intensively integrated, thereby reducing the structure plane size and occupied area, and expanding prospect for applying the horizontal sliding door more widely, reasonably and efficiently.
