摘 要:青年教师是艺术院校教师队伍中最具活力的群体,其思想政治状况直接关系到艺术院校的发展和德艺双馨的艺术人才培养。当前,艺术院校青年教师思想政治状况总体上保持积极向上的态势,但个别青年教师身上存在着不容忽视的问题。艺术院校应该从理论认识、指导思想、教育目标、方法选择等方面构建具有艺术院校特色的青年教师思想政治教育内容,这对于青年教师综合素质的提升、学校内涵式发展、和谐校园构建以及国家文化软实力的增强具有重大意义。Young teachers are the most dynamic group of teachers in art colleges. Their ideological and political situation is directly related to the development of art colleges and the cultivation of artistic talents with both virtue and art. At present, the ideological and political situation of young teachers in art colleges has maintained a positive trend on the whole, but some young teachershave problems that cannot be ignored. Art colleges should construct the ideological and political education contents of young teacherswith the characteristics of art colleges, from the aspects of theoretical understanding, guiding ideology, educational objectives andmethods selection. It is of great significance to the promotion of the comprehensive quality of young teachers, the connotative development of schools, the construction of harmonious campuses and the enhancement of national cultural soft power.
