摘　　要：改革开放40年来,西藏社会生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,中国共产党组织召开了六次西藏工作座谈会,创新了西藏工作新模式,领导全国人民和藏族同胞一道建设美丽新西藏。40年来,西藏自治区建立了完整的教育体系,人民生活水平大幅度提高,医疗卫生保障体系逐步完善,基础设施建设得到极大加强,西藏人民的生活质量得到全面提升。Over the past four decades of reform and opening, the Tibetan people＇s life has undergoneearth-shaking changes. The Communist Party of China has held six symposiums on Tibetan work, innovatednew models of Tibetan work and led the people of the whole country to build a beautiful and new Tibet togetherwith the Tibetan people. Over the past forty years, a complete education system has been established in Tibet.The living standards of Tibetan people have been improved greatly. The system of medical and health securityis gradually improved. Infrastructure construction has been greatly strengthened. The quality of life of the people in Tibet has been comprehensively upgraded.
