大型LNG储罐工厂化预制适用性及经济性研究

摘　　要：开展LNG接收站大型LNG储罐的工厂化预制具有较高的经济性。以中国寰球工程有限公司开展16万m^3 LNG储罐的工厂化预制为例,分析了可开展工厂化预制的具体项目,着重进行了桩基、拱顶钢结构、内罐壁板和加强圈的工厂化预制与现场常规预制的经济性比较,以及储罐单台预制造和多台预制的经济性比较。表明LNG储罐工厂化预制和多台预制在提高功效、节约成本和提高EPC管理水平方面有重要作用。Factory prefabrication of large LNG storage tanks of LNG terminal is economical. Taking the factory prefabricationof 160 000m^3LNG tanks of China Huanqiu Constructing ＆ Engineering Co.,Ltd. for example,this paper analyzes thespecific items of the LNG tank factory prefabrication,puts emphasis on the economic comparison between the factoryprefabrication and the field prefabrication with respect to pile foundation,vault steel structure,internal wall and reinforcingring of the LNG tank,also between the single tank prefabrication and multi-tank prefabrication. The results show that theLNG tank factory prefabrication and multi-tank prefabrication play an important role in improving efficiency,saving cost andimproving EPC management.
