摘　　要：中国石油云南1 300万t/a炼油项目常减压蒸馏装置常压塔配套的混凝土联合基础承台属于大体积混凝土,塔基础质量控制对工厂化预制的常压塔等安装至关重要。在简要介绍了联合基础承台大体积混凝土工程概况的基础上,较为详细地阐述了在混凝土内设置循环水冷却管进行冷却,在混凝土外采取橡塑海绵卷材进行保湿、保温等多项有效的技术措施和采取专人负责的责任制度,成功地完成了常压塔大体积混凝土联合基础的浇筑,有效地控制了因水泥水化放热引起的温度变化和混凝土收缩而导致裂缝的产生。The combined foundation of the atmospheric distillation column in CNPC Yunnan 13 000 kt/a refining project isamass concrete platform,and the foundation quality control is essential to the installation of the factory prefabricatedatmospheric distillation column. The effective measures of the foundation construction are adopted,such as circulatingcooling water tubes embedded in the concrete to cooling,rubber sponge covered on the concrete to keep moisture andtemperature. In addition,the personnel responsibility system is strictly carried out. Temperature change caused byhydration heat release of cement and cracks caused by concrete contraction are controlled effectively.
