摘  要:目的对蛇毒中具有血小板功能调控活性的物质进行综述。方法查阅并总结文献资料,对国内外关于蛇毒抗血栓活性的研究进行总结整理。结果蛇毒毒素中含有多种具有血小板功能调控活性的成分,如磷脂酶A2、蛇毒丝氨酸蛋白酶、蛇毒金属蛋白酶、去整合素、蛇毒L-氨基酸氧化酶、蛇毒C型凝集素和5′-核苷酸酶,它们通过作用于血小板膜表面的各种受体,或血小板的分泌产物如ADP、血栓烷素A2和纤维蛋白原等参与血小板的黏附、激活和聚集过程,产生抑制或促进血小板聚集的活性。结论对蛇毒中影响血小板功能的成分进行研究,对开发其在抗血栓药物研究领域的价值具有重要意义。Objective To review the activity of platelet function in snake venom. Methods By reviewing and summarizing the literatures,the study of antithrombotic activity of snake venom was summarized. Results The venom toxin contains a variety of components such as phospholipase A 2 ,snake venom serine protease,snake venom metalloproteinase,deintegrin,snake venom L -amino acid oxidase,snake venom C-type lectins and 5′-nucleotide enzyme.They all have the activity of regulating platelet function.By acting on various receptors on the surface of platelet membrane,or the secretion products of platelets such as ADP,thromboxane A 2 and fibrinogen,they participate in the process of platelet adhesion,activation and aggregation,thus producing the activity of inhibiting or promoting platelet aggregation. Conclusion It is important to study the components that affect platelet function in snake venom,and furthermore to develop its value in the field of antithrombotic drugs.
