摘 要:为了保证风电塔筒焊接结构件的焊接质量,基于欧洲标准对风电塔筒用S355NL钢进行了焊接工艺评定。焊接采用CO_2气体保护焊+埋弧焊焊接工艺,焊前不进行预热,不进行清根处理;焊后对焊接接头进行了外观检查、无损探伤、金相检验以及拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度等力学性能试验,并对试验结果进行了综合评定。评定结果表明,焊接接头各项性能均符合标准规范要求,焊接试验拟定的焊接工艺合理。生产实践证明,依据评定合格的焊接工艺编制的焊接工艺规程指导焊接生产,完全可以满足风电塔筒用S355NL钢批量生产要求。In order to ensure the welding quality of the welds of the welded structural parts of the wind power tower, the welding process qualification of the S355 NL steel for the wind power tower was carried out based on European standards. The welding process adopts CO_2 protection welding + submerged arc welding, no preheating and back chipping before welding. After welding, the welded joints were visually inspected, non-destructively inspected and metallographically examined, and the mechanical properties such as tensile, bending, impact and hardness of the welded joints were also tested, and the test results were comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation results show that the performance of the welded joints meets the requirements of the standard specifications, and the welding process was reasonable. The production practice proves that the welding production can be guided by the qualified welding procedure rules, which can fully meet the mass production requirements of S355 NL steel for wind power towers.
