摘  要:为了充分回收利用生活污水,合理利用水资源,减少生活污水排放量,降低中水回收系统运行成本,针对南山终端中水系统试运行初期出现的运行不稳定、氨氮含量偏高、回收率偏低、运行成本偏高等问题,改进了系统转水方式,采用硝化与反硝化同步工艺,降低系统的耗电量及淡水消耗量,并优化运行管理方式。通过上述优化措施,系统操作简单,运行成本较低,中水回收率达到81%,节能环保效果好,实现了海上油气田终端生活污水零排放。In order to recover reclaimed water fully, rational utilize water source, decrease the sanitary sewage discharge, according to the problems of unstable operation, high ammonia nitrogen concentration, low recovery rate and high operation cost, etc. in the initial trial operation of Nanshan Terminal reclaimed water system, improved the system water transfer method, adopted the synchronous technology of nitrification and denitrification, reduced the power consumption and fresh water consumption of the system, and optimized the operation management mode. Through the above optimization measures, the system is simple to operate, the operation cost is lower, the recovery rate of reclaimed water reaches 81%, energy saving and environmental protection is considerable,realized sanitary sewage zero discharge in offshore oil and gas field terminal.
